ETJump 2.5.1

- fixed weapon getting swapped briefly to primary weapon when starting a timerun while not holding a primary weapon
- fixed jump speeds, strafe quality and upmove reset sometimes not resetting on death due to dropped events
- fixed view transitions happening on load when stance is different than saved stance (e.g. load from stand to prone)
- fixed a crash with ETe in localhost when changing a map while playing (not speccing)
- fixed 'etj_speedColorUsesAccel' ignoring 'etj_speedAlpha'
- renamed 'savelimit' worldspawn key to 'limitedsaves' to avoid issues with old maps which might have set the key prior to it working in 2.5.0
- (hopefully) fixed random crashes related to pmove utils
- updated 'g_oss' default value to '399' to reflect Win x64/M1 Mac support
  - the cvar is now read-only as it's not meant to be changed by server operators
- fixed FPS on scoreboard displaying 0 when client had 'com_maxfps' > 998
- added 'etj_CGazOnTop' for drawing CGaz on top of Snaphud
